1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Nowadays, the operator of SelfRep ("SelfRep," "we," or "us"). They apply to the SelfRep website, smart brand inbox, campaign tracker, AI automation, deal rooms, notifications, integrations, beta programs, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, applying for paid access, connecting an integration, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use SelfRep for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

2. What SelfRep provides

Campaign tracker

The CRM helps you track opportunities, confirmed deals, samples, deliverables, approvals, post links, Spark codes, usage periods, invoices, payments, renewals, and reminders. You can add records yourself or forward an agreed email for import without connecting an inbox.

SelfRep smart inbox

SelfRep connects Gmail so it can identify brand conversations, organize opportunities, capture stated terms, track the next owner, schedule reminders, and keep brand relationship history beside each campaign.

SelfRep automation

Depending on your settings and the features enabled for your account, SelfRep may classify email, prepare replies, state your rates, ask for missing terms, counter offers, follow up, send approved or rules-based messages, and bring unusual or final decisions to you in SelfRep or Telegram.

3. Your account and integrations

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your Google and SelfRep access, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Connecting Gmail authorizes SelfRep to access and take the Gmail actions described during connection and in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to connect the mailbox and process the messages in it. You can disconnect Gmail, but doing so pauses sync, sends, and email automation. Google, Telegram, Stripe, TikTok, and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

4. AI, approvals, and your responsibility

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular relationship. SelfRep is designed to pause on uncertain or sensitive items, but no automated system catches every issue. You are responsible for the rate card, negotiation boundaries, creator claims, account metrics, and automation mode you configure.

You must review final offers, contracts, exclusivity, usage rights, perpetual rights, raw footage, unusual revisions, posting obligations, payment terms, and any other material commitment before relying on it. An extracted term is not confirmed merely because it appears in SelfRep. The signed contract or actual agreement with the brand controls.

SelfRep is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or professional representation advice. Obtain qualified advice when a deal calls for it.

5. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance at the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless checkout says otherwise, the subscription renews automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. You authorize Stripe and us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees.

You can cancel or manage billing through the billing portal. Unless a checkout offer says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we make a separate written refund promise.

SelfRep plans may be based on the accepted cash value of deals the Service helped close during a calendar month. The current bands and trial duration are shown before purchase. Product-only, declined, canceled, refunded, and disputed deals do not count. We will show you the calculation before a price change, and your plan may move down when you qualify for a lower band.

The price, billing basis, and any outcome-based fee are only the terms shown at checkout or in a separate written offer you accept. Opportunities supplied through a future network or a separate Nowadays service may have separately disclosed terms that you must accept before participating.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your email, creator profile, content, deal records, and other material you provide. You grant us a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that your content, claims, rate information, sales metrics, and instructions are accurate and that you have the rights needed to provide them. Do not upload confidential information you are prohibited from sharing.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SelfRep to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or breach a contract.
• Send spam, phishing, harassment, malware, deceptive claims, or unlawful marketing.
• Access a mailbox, workspace, account, or data without permission.
• Bypass security, rate, plan, approval, or automation controls.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service except where law expressly permits.
• Use Google Workspace data for advertising, surveillance, resale, a shared contact network, or unrelated model training.
• Misrepresent AI output as a human message where disclosure is legally required.

8. Beta service and changes

SelfRep may be offered as beta or early-access software. Features may change, pause, fail, or be removed while we test and improve them. We may set usage limits, require an upgrade, suspend an integration, or pause automated sending to protect creators, brands, the platform, or third-party services.

We may update the Service and these Terms. If a Terms change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SelfRep at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, misuse integrations, or threaten the reliable operation of the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to fix the issue.

After termination, automation stops and your right to use the Service ends. Data handling and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Terms that logically need to continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

10. No guarantee of deals or payment

We do not guarantee that SelfRep will find a deal, improve a rate, close an offer, prevent a dispute, satisfy a brand, recover an invoice, produce a renewal, or increase earnings. Brands, platforms, payment providers, shipping carriers, and other third parties control many outcomes outside SelfRep.

Unless we publish separate written guarantee terms for a specific offer, product statements about savings, earnings, close rates, or outcomes are examples and not promises.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelfRep and Nowadays will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or brand disputes arising from the Service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid for SelfRep during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent lawful.
